The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, with a big and comfortable design and even a French balcony. It was fine, clean, and included coffee, tea, and biscuits in the price. The service was very nice, offering a late check-out and being super helpful. The location was excellent, close to the Metro station Opera with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The dining suited our needs for our stay in Madrid. The facilities were top-notch.
